I’m really excited to play this show! So many of my musical inspirations and friends playing in one night. Secret Society of the Sonic Six mystifies me. Lucas Lanthier’s (of the Deadfly Ensemble) old band Cinema Strange definitely warped me into a darker and more melodic dimension about 13 years ago. Rich Moreno (aka Frank Alpine) along with his bandmate Quinn have been a HUGE inspiration in the past year, showing me that there’s a large demand for the dark, evil, and shocking music and stage performances. Most of all, Loto Ball’s old band “The Phantom Limbs” had inspired me to start making music with synths back in 2001. They’re manic energy and evil sound is something I have yet to experience live again… quite honestly the closest thing I’ve witnessed is Frank Alpine. If you’re in the LA area you do NOT want to miss this show!
